The DIII Region X Tournament will start on Friday, May 11th at Dan Daniel Memorial Park in Danville, VA. The first day will open up with the #1 seed Surry Community College (23-13, 10-3) playing #4 seed Thomas Nelson Community College (6-21, 4-12) at 1:00pm. The winner of this game will take on the winner of #2 seed Rockingham Community College (18-18-1, 9-7) vs. #3 seed Danville Community College (22-10, 6-7). The winner of the Region X tournament will host the winner of the Region XX tournament on May 18-19 for a automatic bid to the DIII National Tournament at Pioneer Park in Greenville, Tennessee.

Game 4 - Saturday, May 12 (3:00 pm): #4 Thomas Nelson defeated #3 Danville (eliminated) 10-9. 10 innings
Game 5 - Saturday, May 12 (6:00 pm): #1 Surry defeated #4 Thomas Nelson (eliminated) 6-0
Game 6 - Sunday, May 13 (1:00 pm): Championship Game #2 Rockingham defeated #1 Surry (eliminated) 11-10
Region X Champion Rockingham Community College will host Prince George CC (MD) Region XX Champion on May 18-19, 2018.
