In the First poll of 2018, Region 10 was represented by three teams in the NJCAA Men's Basketball Polls.

In DII Men's Basketball Richard Bland College, who is 10-3 on the season, remnained steady at the #12 spot, while Louisburg College who picked up 1 win over the break moved up one spot to #15.

In DIII Sandhills Community College fell 1 spot to #7 after losing a close game to DI powerhouse Caldwell Technical Institute and Community College.
