Hosting the Southeast District tournament, Louisburg College used its opportunity to defeat Eastern Florida State College 3-1 in the championship match to punch its ticket to the NJCAA DI Men's Soccer National Tournament in Prescott, Arizona.  Louisburg was able to defeat Georgia Military College 1-0 in the semifinal match while Eastern Florida topped Region 10 member Richard Bland 2-1 in their semifinal match.  Louisburg capitalized with 3 goals in the first half and the defense only allowed 1 goal by the #8 ranked team in the nation, Eastern Florida in the second half.
