Two student-athletes earn all-american status in volleyball

The NCJAA released their Volleyball All-Americans and two Region 10 student-athletes found their name on the list.

In DII, Emma Clark a sophomore middle blocker from Catawba Valley Community College earned her second straight first team all-american award. Clark posted a.383 hitting percentage with 3.25 kills per set.  She added 1.11 blocks per set while posting 4.0 points per set. In DIII, Sandhills Community College freshman middle blocker, Carley Modlin was named an Honorable Mention All-American.  Modlin was top 10 in the nation with a .388 hitting percentage, 90 solo blocks, 117 total blocks and 472.5 total points.  For the complete list of DIII Volleyball All-Americans visit: https://www.njcaa.org/sports/wvball/2019-20/div3/all-americans/index
