The Region 10 champion and host of the District Tournament will be decided on Saturday October 26th, 2019 by the Region 10 Tournament at Rockingham Community College. Based on regular season finish, Sandhills Community College locked up the regular season title and the #1 ranking. The Flyers will take on host and #4 seed Rockingham Community College in the first game of the day. In the second semifinal, #2 Patrick Henry Community College will play #3 Central Carolina Community College. The winners of each game will face off for the Region 10 title.
Tournament Schedule: Saturday, Octover 26th
Game 1 at 10:00am: #1 Sandhills Community College defeated #4 Rockingham Community College 3-0 (25-6, 25-9, 25-5)
Game 2 at 12:00pm: #2 Patrick Henry Community College defeated #3 Central Carolina Community 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-16)
Championship Match at 2:00pm: #1 Sandhills Community College defeated #2 Patrick Henry Community College 3-0 (25-19, 25-9, 25-20)
Sandhills Community College and Patrick Henry Community College automatically qualify for the District Tournament. Sandills Community College is Region 10 Champion as well as host the District Tournament on November 1st and 2nd, 2019.
