Championship Match: #1 Catawba Valley (30-4) defeated #2 Cape Fear (17-3) 3-0 (25-17, 25-22, 25-21)

Catawba Valley Community College is Region 10 Champion and will host Region 7 winner, Walters State Community College (TN) on Saturday, November 9 in the Southeast District championship with the winner advancing to the NJCAA National Tournament. The National Tournament will be played in Charleston, West Virginia on November 14-16, 2019.
