First Round: Thursday, October 27 (hosted by higher seed)
Game 1: #1 Patrick & Henry defeated #4 Wake Tech (3-0)
Game 2 at 3:00pm: #3 Cape Fear defeated #2 Louisburg (2-0)
Championship Game: Saturday, October 29
Championship at 4:00pm: #1 Patrick & Henry defeated #3 Cape Fear (3-2)
Patrick Henry is the Region 10 Champion and Atlantic District Champion and will receive an automatic bid to the National Tournament at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, AZ on November 14-19, 2022.
