First Round: Thursday, October 19 (hosted by higher seed)

Game 1 at 6:00pm:  #1 Patrick & Henry defeated #4 Wake Tech (3-2)
Game 2 at 3:30pm:  #3 Louisburg defeated #2 Cape Fear (4-3, 2OT)

Championship Game: Saturday, October 21 (hosted by higher seed)\

Championship at 3:00pm: #1 Patrick & Henry defeated #3 Louisburg (5-2)

Patrick & Henry is the Region 10 Champion and won the Atlantic District Championship with a 2-0 win over Georgia Military College.  Patrick & Henry receives an automatic bid to the National Tournament at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, AZ on November 12-18, 2023.
