Cape Fear Community College is Region 10 and South Atlantic District A champion and Wake Technical Community College is Region 10 runner-up and South Atlantic District B champion.  Both district champions will receive a bid to the DII Women's Basketball National Tournament at SC4 Fieldhouse in Port Huron, MI on March 15-19, 2022.
