Game 2 at 1:30pm: #2 Wake Tech hosts #3 Louisburg (4-1)

Championship Game: Saturday, October 21 (hosted by Higher Seed)

Championship at 1:00pm: #1 Cape Fear defeats #2 Wake Tech (1-0)

Cape Fear is the Region 10 Champions and will host the South Atlantic District Championship on Saturday, October 28.  The District winner will receive an automatic bid to the National Tournament at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, AZ on November 12-18, 2023.
