Championship Game: Saturday, October 28

Championship at 3:00pm: #2 USC Lancaster defeated #1 Spartanburg Methodist (3-2)

USC Lancaster is the Region 10 Champion and will play in the Southeast District, hosted by Region 17 (GA) for an automatic bid to the National Tournament at the Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, KS on November 12-18, 2022.
