Florence-Darlington Technical College is the Region 10 Champion and will play in the East District Tournament hosted by Region 20, Harford Community College (MD), on May 13-15, 2022. The Region 10 tournament runner-up, USC Sumter has also earned a bid to the East District Tournament.
