Game 1 at 6:00pm: #1 Patrick & Henry defeats #4 Louisburg (3-1)
Game 2 at 3:00pm: #3 Cape Fear defeats #2 Wake Tech (5-3)

Championship Game: Saturday, October 26 (hosted by higher seed)

Championship at 7:00pm: #3 Cape Fear defeats #1 Patrick & Henry (1-0)

The Cape Fear Community College is the Region 10 Champion and will travel to the Champion of Region 7(TN) and Region 17(GA) for the Atlantic District Tournament.  The winner of the district tournament will receive a bid to the National Tournament on November 17-23, 2024 at John Hunt Park and Joe Davis Stadium in Huntsville, AL.
