Semifinal 2 at 3:00pm: #2 USC Lancaster defeated #3 Richard Bland (3-0)

Championship Game: Saturday, October 26

Championship at 2:30pm: #1 USC Sumter defeated #2 USC Lancaster (2-0)

USC Sumter is the Region 10 champion and earns a bid to the Southeast District Tournament.  The winner of the district earns a bid to the DI Men's Soccer National Tournament on November 17-23, 2024 at Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, Kansas.
