Region 10 posted finishers in all three divisions at the Cross Country National Championships and the group was highlighted by Sandhills Community College, Samuel Patterson, who posted a top 10 finish at ninth place earning him Second team All-American for DIII Men's Cross Country.
In the DIII Men's race Sandhills had three runners place in the top 20 with Samuel at ninth, Joshua Patterson at 14th and Austin Green at 19th. Patrick Henry Community College also had three runners who posted top 40 finishes with Aubrey Davis at 29th, Monroe Morse at 33rd and Tyrese Toney at 36th.
In the DIII Women's race, Patrick Henry had four finishers with Elizabeth Cororan at 23rd, Jayden Keatts at 30th, Johanna Vivanco at 32nd, and Nancy Turner at 33rd.
In DII, Cleveland Community College had two runners compete in the men's race. Noah Lesser finished 76th whole Jonas Guffey finished 107th.
In the DI grouping three teams posted top 20 finishes. In the mens, Louisburg College finished 12th and Spartanburg Methodist College finished 17th as a team. Spartanburg Methodist women finished 14th overall in their team standings. Individually, Louisburg had six men compete with Seth Sharpe being the top finisher with a 32nd place finish. He was followed by John Gormley at 61st, Bryan Hill at 83rd, Noah Bankston at 87th, Kyle McDermott at 124th and Alex Roa-Rodriguez at 146th.
Spartanburg Methodist sent the largest contingent of runners from Region 10 with seven men and six women competing in the tournament. On the mens side Spartanburg Methodist was led by Nigel Dos Santos with a 48th place finish, he was followed by Aisan Ryan (79th), Cameron Gossett (100), Daniel Kitts (119), Brinton Leidy (131), Joel Glenn (140) and Daniel Bell (142). On the women's side they were led by Kourtni Traynham in 82nd place, she was followed by Isabella Padilla (87), Whitney Craft (90), Hali Gardner (91), Virgnia Walkup (96), and Ashlynn Phipps (103).
Overall there were 31 runners from Region 10 at the Cross Country National Championships.
